Final Horror Film Trailer

  1. Fantastic teaser trailer. The introduction especially caught my eye due too being extremely professionally made, taking all the conventions of an existing trailer. The editing, soundtrack and lighting all adds too the effect of the genre of horror. I like how you have also made yours much different too the others in the group, showing you can create a well made piece on you're own. A great trailer with everything rolled into one.

  2. The first sequence of the trailer has good use of transitions and really links with conventions of real media teaser trailers. I think the soundtrack links well with whats happening throughout the footage and also the use of camera shots are clever in the way they make you beleive something is behind you. Good Work Abbie!

  3. you've made a really good trailor as you've build the suspense up at the start. The music that you've used fits in really well with your clips and I think the photos at the start work well as you're waiting for something scary to happen. You've used a good range of camera shots as I reckon it makes the trailor more interesting to watch. Well done, it looks really prfessional!!

  4. Excellent work. I love the titles at the start which are well co-ordinated with the sound and create suspense really effectively. There's a good variety of shots in the build-up including establishing and over-the-shoulder shots, all linked through the conventional fade-through-black transitions. The shock, when it comes, is well managed and you use slow-motion effectively to drag the tension out. The return to the faded-polaroid stills at the end gives the trailer a clear sense of resolution and again these are well-coordinated with the sound. Impressive!
